Field delivery mobile app
An iOS and Android app that gives delivery teams their routes, proof of delivery and live status.
Demo
Demonstration project — sample content showing the case-study format. Not a real client or real results.
- 01Context
- A delivery team coordinates jobs by phone and paper slips, with little visibility for the office.
- 02Challenge
- Give drivers a simple tool that works with poor connectivity and gives the office live status without extra work for the field.
- 03Approach
- Prototype the driver flow first, test it with real users, then build an offline-first app on a shared backend.
- 04Solution
- A cross-platform mobile app with job lists, navigation hand-off, photo and signature capture, offline sync and a companion web dashboard.
- 05Outcome
- Fewer phone calls, a digital proof of delivery for every job and a live picture for dispatchers.
